Private Training

Every body is different. There isn’t a one size fits all program. With private training, you'll get an individualized fitness program just for you - starting with a thorough fitness assessment.

The assessment is one of the most important aspects of training because it will help you understand your body’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as any imbalances it may have. After figuring out how your body responds, you can then begin to train it properly and meet your fitness goals.

Group Training

Group training may be the right fit for you - if you like the motivation of friends by your side, as well as get the attention of a dedicated coach.

The ideal group size is between two to four people. As long as you are willing to put in the work, you will get the results you want to see!
